Created by Nathalie Lorson, Firmenich senior perfumer, with top notes of cherry accord and green mandarin orange. The white floral heart includes Moroccan jasmine and orange blossom absolute blended with black tea. The bottom notes are a gourmand blend of coffee and Madagascar vanilla with Indonesian patchouli leaf. The results, a fruity floral gourmand fragrance.

The iconic YSL Opium perfume bottle is updated in a red lacquered finish for the new Black Opium Over Red flacon. The feminine fragrance launched in January 2024 and is available in eau de parfum spray.
