Monica Ford, born in Detroit then moving to California, where she followed the life of a Hollywood starlett, dancing on tour with Nina Simone and the band Devo, and brushing shoulders with Sonny Bono and Stevie Wonder, and finally marrying the Baron von Neumann in 1985.
