Resource and reference guide for Perfumes Fragrances Bath & Body Candles

Here you will find photos, editorials, and reference materials on the latest perfumes, bath and body products, and home fragrances - all things scented - including campaign ads, scent notes, and perfume magicians (noses) behind the fragrances. The vision for this website is to provide an archive database for historical reference in this ever changing digital world.

Who We Are

The concept behind The Perfume Girl website is to provide a fragrance resource guide for historical documentation of all perfumes and fragrances. Most perfume manufacturers only keep their new or classic fragrance information online, and many of us love scents that are no longer produced (like my favorite original Guess perfume) and locating information, photos and documentation on these perfumes is a difficult task. The Perfume Girl website will try to locate and post this archival fragrance data for all perfume-lovers to reference and enjoy reading the history of your favorite scents.

Some data contained within this website is currently online at the respective manufacturer's site. However, these websites can wipe the data without notice, so we think it's important to include current perfume data along with archival information on this site. All manufacturers with active websites are linked to within each fragrance house main page, and their individual perfume pages by clicking on the provided website link.

Links to purchase perfumes were added for two reasons. One, to help offset the costs of maintaining this website, and two, because we had many inquiries on how to purchase the fragrances listed. You can use the links within the pages to purchase directly from the fragrance house or perfume retailer, if the fragrances is either a current or classic scent. If no "shop online" link is provided, then the perfume is most likely discontinued and you could try eBay or Amazon.

We will try to include all perfumes and fragrances, but this is a grassroots project so be patient. If you would like to contribute to the data, articles, advertisements, would like credit for a perfume, bottle, or ad, or have a perfume you want to see published here that we have overlooked, please contact us.

Perfume is art, from the blending of the fragrant notes to create the perfect bouquet, to the glass bottle designs and advertising campaign, fragrance is an exquisite composition for our senses. Enjoy!
