The new edition of the original Gabrielle Chanel fragrance has launched. This intense reinterpretation is a luminous feminine floral perfume. Created by Chanel perfumer Olivier Polge using notes of jasmine, tuberose, orange blossom, and ylang-ylang, this new scent "evokes the true essence of Gabrielle Chanel."

In the second iteration of Chanel Gabrielle Chanel Eau de Parfum, tuberose shines as the star note due to a secret extraction process that adds freshness, elevating it above the scent's other white florals of jasmine, ylang-ylang, and orange blossom. Creating long-lasting "sparkling" notes out of those lighter scents, which usually evaporated first, is the mark of a modern fragrance, says Chanel's in-house perfumer Olivier Polge.
